Windows

Windows PC setup

Use your AV Matrix email address and password when prompted.

  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar.
  2. Select AVM-STAFF.
  3. Click Connect. Select Connect automatically to reconnect easily in future.
  4. When prompted, enter your full email address, for example [email protected], and your password.
  5. If you see a certificate or trust prompt, review it and continue to connect.
Tip If Windows says it cannot connect, forget the network and try again, making sure you use your full email address rather than just your username.

Choose AVM-STAFF and click Connect.

iPhone / iPad

iPhone and iPad setup

Install the Wi-Fi profile first, then connect using your AV Matrix email address and password.

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap Download Wi-Fi Profile, then tap Allow when asked.
  3. After the download finishes, open Settings.
  4. Profile Downloaded should appear near the top of Settings. Tap it, then tap Install.
  5. If Profile Downloaded does not appear, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and open the downloaded profile there.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete installation, then join AVM-STAFF.
  7. When asked, sign in with your full @av-matrix.com email address and password.
Download Wi-Fi Profile
Important Safari is required for downloading and installing the iPhone or iPad profile smoothly.

Tap Allow to download the Wi-Fi profile.

After the download, iPhone or iPad should show Profile Downloaded.

Open Settings and tap Profile Downloaded.

Tap Install and continue through the prompts.

Enter your full company email address as the username.

macOS

Mac setup

Download the Wi-Fi profile, install it in System Settings, then connect using your AV Matrix email address and password.

  1. Click Download Wi-Fi Profile below.
  2. Open the downloaded file. Your Mac should prompt you to go to System Settings to review and install it.
  3. Profile Downloaded may appear. Open it if shown.
  4. If Profile Downloaded does not appear, go to System Settings → General → Device Management.
  5. Open the av-matrix.com WiFi settings profile and continue with installation.
  6. When prompted during installation, enter your full @av-matrix.com email address and your password.
  7. After installation, connect to AVM-STAFF.

After opening the download, your Mac should direct you to System Settings to install the profile.

Select Profile Downloaded or if this is not displayed navigate to General then Device Management and double click the downloaded profile.

Review the profile and continue with installation using the button in the lower left corner.

Enter your full company email address and password during installation. Then connect to AVM-STAFF
Android

Android setup

Android setup screens vary by phone model and Android version, but these are the usual settings to use.

  1. Open Settings, then Wi-Fi.
  2. Select AVM-STAFF.
  3. For EAP method, choose TTLS.
  4. For Phase 2 authentication, choose PAP.
  5. For CA certificate, choose Use system certificates if available.
  6. For Domain, enter foxpass.com.
  7. For Identity, enter your full email address, for example [email protected].
  8. Enter your AV Matrix password, then tap Connect.
Note Android labels can vary slightly by device.
